What is ERP?
ERP is the mother of all software packages. It stands for Enterprise Resource Planning, and made its advance as early as the 1980s. This system connects and automates your business processes. ERP software connects all those processes – finance, inventory, hours, production, order management and logistics – with each other, so that all collected data can be used throughout the company. The system therefore has one central database in which all data is collected.
